1. What AllPath is
AllPath is a career-discovery platform for the skilled trades. We map career paths, host employer content and job postings, and let you signal interest to employers. We are not an employment agency, a school, or a party to any employment relationship you form.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 16 to use AllPath. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must consent during signup, and additional protections apply (see the Privacy Policy). Employer accounts must represent real businesses.
3. Your account
Keep your login secure. Claimed credentials must be truthful — misrepresenting certifications may result in account removal. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of postings, including wage ranges.
4. No direct messaging
AllPath does not provide chat or direct messaging. Employer outreach happens only through AllPath's logged, templated relay system. Attempting to solicit contact information from minors is prohibited and grounds for immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
5. Acceptable use
No harassment, discrimination, false postings, scraping, or attempts to access data that isn't yours. Wage information must be presented in good faith.
6. Content
Employers grant AllPath a license to display submitted content (videos, logos, postings) on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Wage figures are estimates and ranges, not guarantees. Career outcomes depend on you and the market. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
