What we collect
Account basics (name, email, date of birth, ZIP), the profile you build (education, credentials, work history, trade interests), and product usage events (pages viewed, videos watched). We use date of birth solely to apply age-appropriate protections and never display it publicly.
What employers see
Employers only see you if you express interest in one of their openings. There is no browsable candidate database. Adults (18+) share a profile summary and email with the employer they contacted. See below for minors.
If you're under 18 (minors section)
- A parent or guardian must consent at signup, and we notify them by email.
- Employers never see your email address or phone number — not in the portal, not in emails, not in exports.
- Employers see only: first name and last initial, age, city, school, credentials, and your headline.
- All employer contact is relayed through AllPath, with your parent or guardian CC'd on every message, and every message is logged and rate-limited.
- There is no chat or direct messaging anywhere on AllPath.
- Parents/guardians can request profile deletion any time by replying to the consent email or writing hello@allpath.example.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, show you ads, or share minors' contact information with anyone. Analytics events store no personal information.
Service providers
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, transactional email) to run the service. They process data on our instructions only.
Your rights
You can edit your profile any time, delete claimed credentials, or request full account deletion at hello@allpath.example.
